We sent a message on a Sunday while they were closed. Not expecting a response until at least Monday. To our surprise, Roel Ortiz communicated with us within a few minutes. We spoke briefly and he told us he would make sure the vehicle was still in stock and will contact us on Monday. True to his word, he contacted us, finalized everything over the phone and online. We came in that Monday night and drove off without any hitches that same night. Definitely the easiest experience we've had purchasing a vehicle, Highly recommend these guys. Never in my life did I think I would buy a vehicle without driving it first. After reading Roel's reviews I decided to place my trust in him and I am glad I did.
