Roel was able to guide and assist me through the process of purchasing a vehicle and was very knowledgeable about the process and available inventory. The indoor car lot is an absolute game changer! I was able to walk through and view the cars I was interested in without having to deal with the hot Texas heat. DLR's inventory was all very well taken care of and clean! All cars are sent off to be detailed before being placed on the lot. Not to mention they have just about anything you are looking for. Once I decided on the vehicle I wanted, Roel made sure he got me the best deal he could get and also helped me with getting financing at a very competitive rate! He was also able to get me the amount I was comfortable with for my trade-in. Overall, Roel's customer service was top notch and I would highly recommend going through him at Dallas Lease Returns when shopping for your next vehicle. More

I was in a car accident the week before and needed to get into a car quickly. I walked in wanting to get a different car that was already under reserve. When I told Roel my budget and expectations, he didn't try to sell me a car payment (I was determined to just buy a car cash and leave) nor did he try to sell me a car that was completely out of my price range (like a Mercedes or Lexus). Within 2 hours, I left with my 2013 Hyundai Sonata, he gave me free car washes for a year, and offered to help me out with getting rid of my totaled car. He followed up a couple days later to make sure I was happy and took very good care of me. So glad I took a chance and just showed up. As long as Roel is available, I shall continue to send my friends to him and will keep Dallas Lease Returns in mind for my next car purchase. LOVELY EXPERIENCE! More

Fortunately, Roel Ortiz was the one that fielded my call. From start to finish, Roel was extremely friendly and helpful. Roel didn't come off as the typical "used car salesman", he was very genuine and upfront. I look at a couple other trucks at other dealerships after speaking with Roel the first time and after dealing with the other companies salesman, I decided it was worth spending a little more money to get a more solid feeling about the dealership and the truck I bought from Roel. It was money well spent. I would definitely refer others to not just Dallas Lease Returns but to Roel Ortiz personally. More
