I was reluctant to move forward. Having purchased vehicles directly from dealerships before, I had braced myself for what I thought would be another long and arduous day of back-and-forth negotiations, bartering, and waiting. I'll happily admit that I was wrong. Mr. Ortiz and the other Dallas Lease Returns staff present that day were more than personable, accommodating, and caring. Roel was quick and precise to answer any questions and concerns I had about the purchase I was contemplating. The most impressive thing, again, was the speed of the entire process. I clocked everything at around ~4 hours; from entering, to test-driving, to finalizing paperwork. This is also more so an incredible feat due to the sheer fact that they do not have the number of staff your traditional dealership has. Roel has also been kind enough to check-in on my family and I, ensuring that the vehicle is up to our standards. To summarize, I had an amazing experience with Dallas Lease Returns, and I couldn't recommend this dealership, or Mr. Roel Ortiz enough. More

Next day Roel Ortiz and Ricky Brockway were amazing and very kind. I was searching for a car online and I saw the car I like at Dallas Lease Returns. Next day made a phone call and spoke to Roel. He said the car will be ready and ask for Ricky. Ricky was not pushy car salesmen or he doesn't need to call his "supervisor". He answered all my questions and couldn't be happier. After I took the car home I saw cracks on the windshield and I immediately text Role and Ricky their response was quick. Even though I bought the car as is they did the right thing and replace the windshield. I will tell everyone I know about my experience and send them to them. Meklit More

Both vehicles, it turns out, belonged to Dallas Lease Retu I pray about everything. This July 4th I was surfing Carguru and hit on Great Deal 2 times. Both vehicles, it turns out, belonged to Dallas Lease Returns. Every time I hit on Great Deal, it turns out that at least one belongs to DLR. I took a leap of faith, and that was the greatest deal. Roel and his wife and staff, babysat my dog while I was vehicle shopping that same July 4th. Roel did more than anyone has EVER done to make sure I found MY F150. He had it delivered to my house 65 miles away, replaced expensive floor mats and gave fuel card. But, I felt like I was Special. DLR and Roel Ortiz are Awsome. Hit on Great Deal and take that leap!!! More

I went to Dallas Lease Returns to check out the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee I was interested in, then we took it for a test drive and after, I looked at 2 other Grand Cherokees. Never once did I feel pressured to make a decision and when I asked for information and/or time to think about things, Roel was there with the answers. This was the first dealership I had been to where they did not have a "finance/business" office. And the funny thing was, Roel didn't even push any of the "usual products" that happen in the "finance manager's/business office" of other dealers. I asked about them, and made decisions completely on my own. Excellent service all around and I got a car I always wanted. Roel really made my car buying experience hassle-free and convenient. He guided me through the financial process (since this was my first time purchasing a car) and answered any questions I had. I will definitely purchase my next car from Roel and Dallas Lease Returns.
