I went to Dallas Lease Returns to check out the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee I was interested in, then we took it for a test drive and after, I looked at 2 other Grand Cherokees. Never once did I feel pressured to make a decision and when I asked for information and/or time to think about things, Roel was there with the answers. This was the first dealership I had been to where they did not have a "finance/business" office. And the funny thing was, Roel didn't even push any of the "usual products" that happen in the "finance manager's/business office" of other dealers. I asked about them, and made decisions completely on my own. Excellent service all around and I got a car I always wanted. Roel really made my car buying experience hassle-free and convenient. He guided me through the financial process (since this was my first time purchasing a car) and answered any questions I had. I will definitely purchase my next car from Roel and Dallas Lease Returns. More

There was no pressure, no negotiations, price was already on website and Autotrader. Price was very competitive. I also received a fair price on my trade in. Drove the car home the same day. A few items needed to be corrected and were taken care of fully. Car had power train warranty left from Ford. Was given a 3 month warranty as well. Roel went out of his way to make sure that I was fully satisfied and any items addressed. He always follows up on any calls or emails. Very professional. More

I was told that a car was available for purchase by the sales manager and was transferred to a salesman to have my credit ran. My salesman ran my credit and said he would give me a call back, which he never did. I drove an hour to the location to look at the car in person since my credit had already been ran over the phone. The receptionist walked me all the way to the car and let me look at it for almost 30 minutes and waited until I asked to test drive the vehicle to tell me there was already a deposit put on the car and basically it was sold. She called my salesman twice and he told ME to call HIM. I left him a voicemail and 24 hours later still have not heard back from him or the sales manager. I had to contact the general manager which told me that my salesman did call me and was not successful -LIE! The dealership does not communicate well within! When a deposit is put on a vehicle, the salesmen are not notified which means you are told vehicles are available for purchase and get your credit ran for absolutely no reason. Also, almost every vehicle has been in an accident and they try to tell you that these accidents were just "small dings in a parking lot". I would not suggest anyone purchasing a vehicle from this place. More
