I had a specific vehicle in D&M's invent My wife delivered our first child +3 weeks early and I needed to make quick work of getting a bigger vehicle. I had a specific vehicle in D&M's inventory on my mind and Roel got me as much information on the vehicle's history as he could to help me make my decision. CarFax, Autocheck, etc. - the transparency from the start helped me feel comfortable purchasing the vehicle. And since I had never purchased a used vehicle before, Roel clearly explained D&M's business model and what I was dealing with. He also was available to take my random calls when I had questions throughout the transaction.. We finalized the numbers while still in the hospital and recovering from labor and delivery, and then we worked around the Christmas holiday to get the car delivered as quickly as possible. With so much going on at home, Roel then offered to deliver the vehicle directly to my home and finalize the paperwork, which also gave my wife the opportunity to "approve" of the vehicle without having to leave home while recovering. It was exceptional customer service. And with the final documentation (with state registration and plates) all taken care of by D&M and delivered to me, I'll barely have to lift a finger. I won't purchase another vehicle without first checking in with Roel and D&M. More

He sent us pictures and videos of the truck, all info and history, and was hands on throughout the entire process. When we arrived at their impressive, sprawling facility the only thing that held up the closing of the deal was us looking at the extensive inventory of top notch vehicles on site.
