Roel Ortiz Sales Manager is the best , his customer service is the second to none, from the first phone call to him until we picked up the car was the whole experience was superb . He communication style and also the way he treating customers with the outmost respect making the whole buying process so easy and pleasant. By the way, they are so market competitive, after we searched for this BMW-diesel model for 3 months nationwide, our decision-making was no-brainer. We end up flying from Atlanta to Dallas to pickup the car, Roel provided the ride to the dealership. Wonderful Experience Roel Ortiz was my salesperson and I can definitively say that I have never had a better experience buying a car than I did with Roel. He was charming, Roel Ortiz was my salesperson and I can definitively say that I have never had a better experience buying a car than I did with Roel. He was charming, honest, transparent, empathetic and professional all at once. I will never buy a car from anyone else. Ever. When I didn't have time to come test drive the Jeep I wanted, he came to my office and let me drive it during my lunch hour. He and the general manager stayed late on a Friday to appraise my trade-in. And finally, after I decided to buy the car, Roel met my husband and I halfway on a rainy Sat afternoon to deliver the car to us. He was simply the best salesperson I have ever worked with. I had a specific vehicle in D&M's invent My wife delivered our first child +3 weeks early and I needed to make quick work of getting a bigger vehicle. I had a specific vehicle in D&M's inventory on my mind and Roel got me as much information on the vehicle's history as he could to help me make my decision. CarFax, Autocheck, etc. - the transparency from the start helped me feel comfortable purchasing the vehicle. And since I had never purchased a used vehicle before, Roel clearly explained D&M's business model and what I was dealing with. He also was available to take my random calls when I had questions throughout the transaction.. We finalized the numbers while still in the hospital and recovering from labor and delivery, and then we worked around the Christmas holiday to get the car delivered as quickly as possible. With so much going on at home, Roel then offered to deliver the vehicle directly to my home and finalize the paperwork, which also gave my wife the opportunity to "approve" of the vehicle without having to leave home while recovering. It was exceptional customer service. And with the final documentation (with state registration and plates) all taken care of by D&M and delivered to me, I'll barely have to lift a finger. I won't purchase another vehicle without first checking in with Roel and D&M. More
