Back in May, Niello replaced gas cover release switch with aftermarket since no longer making and it was illuminating all the time and causing a drain…coincidentally, my 5 year battery died so replaced a with aftermarket since no longer making and it was illuminating all the time and causing a drain…coincidentally, my 5 year battery died so replaced and found used switch and resolved…Roger went above and beyond for me More

(1) Check-in is typically frustrating as clients are helped in the order of arrival and not per their appointment time. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time, yet two clients who arrived far be helped in the order of arrival and not per their appointment time. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time, yet two clients who arrived far before their appointment times were helped before I was. I over-heard one client saying "I'm here 45 minutes before my appointment" - which was frustrating, as I wasn't checked in until 35 minutes after my appointment time. I feel clients should be helped in order of appointment time, not in order of arrival. Roger was friendly but did not keep me updated of vehicle status, and when my husband asked to pick up an accessory I ordered Roger told him it wasn't at the dealership even though it was (and was located after my husband asked someone else for help.) A little more attention to detail would be helpful. (2) The status link did not show any activity all day, and I never received word that my vehicle was ready. I had to call to ask if the vehicle would be ready shortly before closing. (3) On the drive home I noticed my steering wheel is skewed/misaligned. It was not misaligned before I dropped the vehicle off for the 20k service. I do not know if this is due to the tire rotation that was done, but I will need to bring the vehicle back for this to be remedied; if I hold the steering wheel straight, the vehicle fully veers to the right. This is not something that was happening before I dropped the vehicle off for service. More
