You have a peach of an employee in Vincent Vail. I called Neillo about a Certified 2021 Atlas I had my eye on; Vincent answered the phone about 2:30pm. I told him my wife and I were coming down to p I called Neillo about a Certified 2021 Atlas I had my eye on; Vincent answered the phone about 2:30pm. I told him my wife and I were coming down to purchase the car and would be there by 3pm. Additionally, the 49er game was on at 5pm and I asked Vincent if we can be in and out. He said he would do his best. By crackie, we were done with the deal and home before the 2nd quarter had started. The next day it was discovered the car needed detailing (Vincent had offered to have it detailed before we left the dealership). Not only did Vincent follow up in a professional manner he offered to drive me home himself as my wife was working. Thats what I call service. Professional, attentive and kind is how I would describe my interaction at Neillo thanks to Vincent. That man deserves a raise. My only negative comment would be, that certified black Atlas should have been detailed and ready to go before we purchased it. I broke my own rule about buying a car in the pouring rain I take responsibility for that and it was no fault of Vincent. He's a prince. Additionally, I should have been provided a loaned car for a day while the detailing was done. More

I never have to worry about great customer service and courteous employees. Vincent helped me with my end of the year lease due in Feb. Brent was very friendly and helpful too.
