Service at Niello is excellent from your arrival to departure. When I called about a damaged tire, Rodger Bybee told me to come in the next morning even without an appoint. We never received a text from Roger saying our car was ready to pick up. So we wasted a lot of time (many hours) waiting until we finally stopped in at the dealership to find out how much longer it would ready to pick up. So we wasted a lot of time (many hours) waiting until we finally stopped in at the dealership to find out how much longer it would be - or if we needed to leave it a few days. He told us he sent a text hours earlier, but we never received it. We figure he must have typed the number in wrong. Other than that, he was nice and polite - even recommended a restaurant, etc. But wasting our time waiting was a real drag. More
