I'd give him an OUTSTANDING rating along with the finance and insurance teams. I had one small concern. I wish I would been asked if I wanted tinting on the side windows. I understand that many people desire it, but it really should be a customer choice given that some of us have visibility issues at night and darker windows, well, don't help matters. As it is, my local Lexus dealership will remove it (two front windows) for about $100. It would be great if I got compensated for this cost. Otherwise, and overall, I had an EXCELLENT buying experience and would drive down from Orlando again. Thank you Lexus of Pembroke Pines. More
