Instead of the usual 2-3 months, it took almost 8 months for my car to be delivered. No one in upper management ( ie, the sales manager) approached me to explain the reason why (although I'm sure they screw for my car to be delivered. No one in upper management ( ie, the sales manager) approached me to explain the reason why (although I'm sure they screwed up my order). I guess he is not used to dealing with the public. And then to delay things further, I had to wait for them to get 100% proof that I had insurance even though they knew State Farm guarantees coverage for up to two weeks after purchase. I have purchased two other cars in the last four years with no such demand. When one pays cash for a car, the only people who should be concerned about insurance are me, State Farm and the State of Florida. It is a unique and stupid policy for which they could give me no explanation. I will never visit this dealership again. More

It started with the sales person lying to me per his sales manager that I was approved for a loan without the bank running my credit. Finally after much back and forth with LFS we received approval. The finance specialist with the best part of the whole experience, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Then we come to the ridiculous insurance scam, and then the delivery. Zee 'delivered' the car after I had to wait for 15 min after finance as know one knew where he was, he helped with the app, and HUD, and that's it, was in such a hurry it was basically here is the key, congrats. Did I just buy a 115k car or a Corolla. I saw salesperson x the entire time, he gets commission for this? The sales manager that handled the debacle didn't even have the nerve to come out and introduce himself and thanking me for giving Lexus Pembroke Pines my business after all we went through. The entire experience was no better than a Honda dealer and completely impersonal. There was zero effort. I mean you can't even give key chains with your 100k car? I mean DO BETTER. I know my comments mean nothing with how many cars you sell but this was my experience. When we mentioned bringing the car to Kendall for service the finance person literally said ' their service is awful you will be back'.... it made us laugh. Truly disappointing other than like I said our finance person was exceptional! More

The initial treatment of the manager Jose Camero was disrespectful to my wife. The new car was only ten days after delivery, my wife was left without a car for 4 days. The car then was taken and they fo disrespectful to my wife. The new car was only ten days after delivery, my wife was left without a car for 4 days. The car then was taken and they found out the car was delivered to us with a switch on that caused the failure, that is incredible. We went to pick the car up and was dirty inside had to be sent twice to clean the seats. An overall awful experience More
