Too much pressure. After saying no I cannot afford this so many times he still pressured. So much that now I have two car payments. I should have walked away. He did not give me what I came there for. I received a fire in the mail saying that you could help me get out of my negative equity but instead I've been put into more negative equity. I now have two car payments instead of getting out of the one car payment that I owed $10,000 more than I should have on a car now I have a brand new car and I owe $30,000 for a new car that was supposed to get me out of the negative equity in my old car More

Was promised equity for my leased car and no money down on another lease of less value car.i was in an unfortunate situation because my lease was ending in two weeks and my husband who was at home with Par on another lease of less value car.i was in an unfortunate situation because my lease was ending in two weeks and my husband who was at home with Parkinsons could not go with me to make the best deal for me. I turned in a 3yr old Kia soul with the big engine and upgraded model with only 11, 000 miles on it. Clean and well cared for. I felt taken advantage of because I ended up with a less expensive model, a color I don't like and had to pay $2000 down ( what happened to the equity that was supposed to cover the Down payment?) And a bigger monthly payment then I had on my old upgraded Kia. I feel bad every day that I accepted the deal I was given now I am stuck for 3 years paying more for less. My former Kia was purchased at Deland Kia. I guess I won't be coming back to buy at Daytona Kia Again. I feel I was taken advantage off. I am 76 years old and don"t know much about this process so I guess this is On Me. The Lady that showed me how to operate some of the features on the new car was very nice. Very professional. She did a great job. More

Rolando took advantage of our trust, dishonest service. They lied about our monthly payments and now they won’t make it right. Told us we shouldn’t go to the dealership in person because we have him and th They lied about our monthly payments and now they won’t make it right. Told us we shouldn’t go to the dealership in person because we have him and the dealership a bad survey. He said “we would have fixed everything but now it’s too late” and that’s the reason they can’t help us. (Admitting they did us wrong.) Will not buy here again, I don’t recommend. More
