I have had good experiences here, but today’s was unprofessional and exhibited terrible customer service. I came to pick up my car, having been told 3 hrs earlier that it was ready, and it took almos unprofessional and exhibited terrible customer service. I came to pick up my car, having been told 3 hrs earlier that it was ready, and it took almost 1 1/2 hrs. to get it. Everyone I dealt with until the very end showed lack of concern and no one did not try to help. More
