Both Kristina Ross and David Roman contacted me before I even arrived at the dealership offering assistance. They were helpful, asking questions to start the process to help me get into a car that worked for me. Once I arrived I was greeted by David Santiago who was already working on options for me based on information gathered by the previous employees. David Santiago was very informative and helpful, he talked me through the financing and worked diligently to find a car within my budget and that met my needs. At no point in time did I feel rushed or pressured. The team at this dealership seemed genuinely interested in helping me find the right car. With the help of David Santiago I was able to choose a car that met all the standards I was looking for. The process was smooth, best car shopping experience I’ve ever had. We told her that we had done some internet shopping and had David Roman for a contact. She let him know we were there and he came out to greet us and turn us over to Christine. We explained our goals and she showed us all of the cars we thought we were considering. She invited us back anytime and that happened a month later. Upon arrival we told her that we were getting serious about an Impreza. She showed us one and her team showed us how we could economically take one home that day. They all worked hard and responded each and every one of our concerns. We left in a 2018 Impreza that we love! More

I can honestly say this was the first time in my life that I felt that I wasn’t being conned, harassed, or talked down to by a car dealership. Everyone from management to sales to finance were all helpful and genuinely gave the best advice for the car buyer. Hector- sales- if I could describe in one phrase, “goes above and beyond”. Ridiculously helpful, nice, and interested in the buyers interest. One of the best I’ve ever met. Roman- finance- wicked smart, and didn’t try to shove down needless packages down our throats. Just offered what he thought was best and we picked and decided which ones made sense to us. He was very transparent and helpful with our options. This is the best Subaru dealership in central Florida (been to Sanford, Gainesville and Melbourne). They didn’t pay me for this review, I’m just amazed coming across a transparent, genuine group of people in car business. More
