I had my Jeep Grand Cherokee delivered by AAA with a blown radiator on Friday, 4/17. The Service Dept diagnosed the repairs but the repairs were delayed by the warranty company. The dispute was finally resolved, the repairs were completed, addition requested work was completed & I received my JGC back Friday, 4/24. The Service Rep, Luis kept me updated through the process.
