The entire staff was welcoming, professional, courteous, kind, family oriented, and overall an amazing team. But most importantly everyone was honest. We worked with a salesman named Ron and he was absolutely wonderful. He was outgoing, friendly, not pushy, listened to what we wanted and made it happen for us. We also worked with Jake in finance, he was outgoing, friendly, professional and listened to us and delivered. He was extremely helpful in making our purchase happen. From the reception team to the sales people to the finance department, all went above and beyond to make our experience a good, positive one. But it is not a bad thing, because during the half of the year after the sale was completed, my experience is more than satisfactory. Mr.Landstrom is super nice, frank and amicable. Even after the sale, he is always available when I have questions about my car. Since this is my first car and I did asked him a lot of questions. I might send him an email or text message during his non-work time, which I really don't expect him to reply immediately, but he always replies even he's having a break. He is more like a friend and I really appreciate that. More

2018 Volvo XC90 I was referred to Matthew Haiken at Prestige Volvo by a friend who had just leased a new car. I was about to sign a 36 month lease on a car that I wa I was referred to Matthew Haiken at Prestige Volvo by a friend who had just leased a new car. I was about to sign a 36 month lease on a car that I wasn't thrilled about. This all changed when I met Mr. Haiken and his team of kind and knowledgable staff. I loved the new XC90, I had the car the first year it came out, and I knew after driving it, this was the right car for me. He found the exact car I was looking for very quickly, complete with upgraded wheels which completely changed the "suburban mom" feel for me. The car was delivered immediately along with excellent customer service from others at Prestige Volvo. Ron Landstrom sat with me in the car and set up everything for me from bluetooth, to on call roadside assistance, to adjusting the sound on my radio. I had a very positive experience, and am looking forward to driving my 3rd Volvo, I have already gotten so many compliments on the car :) More
