My experience at Biggers Mazda From the initial visit to Biggers to purchase my first Mazda vehicle 3 years ago to my recent upgrade my experience has been nothing but pleasant! Service has been perfect as well and always in and out with routine maintenance appintmrnts with no lengthy wait times. I would definately reccomend this dealer to my friends and family. I also noted that on each vehicle purchase they were very competitive on their price as I was comparing with several others. More

Normally I don't purchase used vehicles from car dealers, but they had the right car at the right price. This November we were in the market for a new car and Marco solicited us from all of my TrueCar researching thus, he remembered the transaction we did some three years earlier. We were at that time focused on a 2016 Honda CRV but with all the good reviews on the Mazda CX 5 we decided to stop by Biggers and to test drive the CX 5. We are so glad we did. Marco was able to find the one we wanted and the buying experience was as in the past, excellent. We love the new car and highly recommend this dealership and to Marco Palacios. ***** plus! More

Highly Recommend --- No B.S. I purchased a 2014 Madza 3 i Grand Touring in June 2014 from Biggers Mazda. I had been to a few other places and being a young woman purchasing her I purchased a 2014 Madza 3 i Grand Touring in June 2014 from Biggers Mazda. I had been to a few other places and being a young woman purchasing her first new car, I had a lot of trouble everywhere I went....except Biggers Madza in Elgin. I walked in, told Franco exactly what I wanted and told him if he didn't have it, not to bring me anything else to test drive because I'm not interested in wasting even MORE of my time today having just been at Napleton's Schaumburg Mazda for 3 hours negotiating prices on the wrong vehicle. But this isn't their review. At Biggers Mazda, Franco listened and respected my request. He talked me through some different options of the car I was looking for and I was done within the time frame I gave him when I walked in the door. I walked out of a few dealerships that day and Biggers was the first one to present me with a relatively fair price with the first offer. That spoke volumes to me. Everyone was friendly and genuine without acting like they worship the ground I walk on. The manager (Ron, I believe) was very straight forward with me and didn't do the whole, "oh you're in luck, we have this special coupon you can have if you sign today" B.S.. The person who took me through finances and my warranty (Chuck) was very genuine and listened to my needs and was able to accommodate them with the special insurance package by making some adjustments. My one area for improvement which is more about the car itself, than the dealership, is that within a week of having the car the monitor screen wouldn't wouldn't always turn on when I started my car. I told them this was happening and that I expected it to be looked at since it only had 20 miles on it by this time, and since the camera worked when I brought it in a week later, they said to bring it back if it does it again. It still malfunctions but usually fixes itself within 30 minutes of driving so I've never made it to the dealership with it still broken, but it really makes the rear view camera pointless if it won't work when I turn my car on to back out of my parking spots. I am disappointed that this is the case and that they weren't going to look at it to see if they could find the problem. Now it has been 3 months, and I received an email from my car dealer, Franco reminding me of my first free oil change appointment. I appreciate that it wasn't an automated email from the company. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I feel confident that when I go to purchase another vehicle in the future, I will definitely be going back to Biggers Mazda in the future. More

After having my car totaled in an accident, I went to Biggers Mazda not knowing exactly what I wanted. The salesman was extremely helpful and knowledgeable without being overbearing or pushy. He was understanding and respectful of my time and my situation. He went out of his way to try to find me the vehicle that I wanted and ultimately sold me one that I'm VERY excited about and happy with. The manager was also very personable and respectful and never felt us feel pressured or insignificant. This is the third vehicle that I've bought from Biggers Mazda and fifth from the Biggers family of car dealerships and I've never been disappointed. More

I knew the car I wanted, as it was on the lot. I brought a trade-in. Several hours later I drove home with my new CX-5 -- at a price I was very happy with -- having done my research beforehand. After a very disappointing experience with another Mazda dealership in the area, I decided to try Bigger's Mazda. I'm hear to tell you that every positive review and every positive thing said about the sta dealership in the area, I decided to try Bigger's Mazda. I'm hear to tell you that every positive review and every positive thing said about the staff at Bigger's Mazda is absolutely 100% true. I have never had a more enjoyable car buying experience. I was able to interact with Marco Palacios via email after requesting a quote. He didn't have the car I was looking for on his lot but guaranteed he could order me one and get it there quickly. He was able to provide me a quote via email (the other dealership couldn't seem to make this happen) which was actually lower than I expected. Bottom line, I talked to Marco via email on a Thursday morning and after work that same evening I met him at the dealership and signed the papers for the new vehicle. The vehicle arrived in short order as he said it would and I drove it home within a week. I absolutely love the CX-5 Grand Touring SUV. I couldn't be happier about the whole experience. For those of you looking for a Mazda, this is the first (and most likely only) dealership you need to check out. Marco Palacios is the consummate professional. No pressure sales, gives you all the facts, and in my case spent over an hour with me after the sale helping me learn and get used to the features of my new car since I hadn't bought a car in 15 years. Marco is the real deal and I will recommend him and Bigger's Mazda to any of my friends looking for a new or used vehicle. I don't want to leave out Ron Liska. He was personable and professional, helping me with the financing and extended warrantee options. Again, no pressure at all, but simply listening to my preferences and then making a recommendation. I contacted Biggers Mazda about purchasing a CX-5 using their "better than internet price" link on their website. Being a previous customer I was familiar with their pricing and service and enjoy dealing w their "better than internet price" link on their website. Being a previous customer I was familiar with their pricing and service and enjoy dealing with them. I received a response from Rich Bressett which was quite courteous and informative. Rich invited me to stop in to discuss what I specifically wanted in the car and to take a test drive. Rich was appologetic that they did not have what I wanted in stock but along with Bill Werthmann & Ron Liszka worked to find it from another dealer. If you are looking for a loaded FWD unit as I was you soon find that they are very rare. As luck would have it Biggers received a fresh delivery of an AWD with all the equipment and color I wanted. Rich called me as they were unloading it and offered it to me at a great price. At the closing I mentioned I wanted to add some extras later and was told they would be available at discout also. I stopped by last night expecting to have to order them and was surprised not only by the fact they were in stock but Rich walked me to the parts area and installed them as I waited. Art Smith (service manager) even pulled one of his mechanics to add the wheel locks. If you are looking for a new Mazda at a great price with no hassels and a service department that is very responsive I would highly recommend you go to Biggers Mazda. More

I have never bought a car on my own(without husband) so I was really in need of a confident team of people that I felt had my best interests at heart...this was Biggers'. I had not settle on the Mazda until was really in need of a confident team of people that I felt had my best interests at heart...this was Biggers'. I really enjoyed the service I received at Biggers Mazda. The sales associates were very friendly and personable.They knew all about their cars and gave me a great price.
