The Sales Team at Biggers Mazda were all very helpful and understanding during our time with them. I began my search for a new Mazda by researching price and inventory on the internet. After requesting some information, I was contacted by Jonathan Sammons at Biggers Mazda. What a refreshing change of and inventory on the internet. After requesting some information, I was contacted by Jonathan Sammons at Biggers Mazda. What a refreshing change of pace he was! I had many questions and wanted straightforward answers and Jonathan always had the information I needed. He was always willing to take the time and answer ALL of my questions (and I had a lot of them!) There were no typical "car salesman games" just a very unpressured, good experience. We have owned a number of Mazdas previously and had them serviced at Biggers. Steve Kershaw, the Service Manager, has always taken care of our cars like we were family. Their service department is top notch -- definitely something to think about when buying a new car. Bottom line--Biggers takes care of their customers! More

I recently purchased a 2005 Mazda3 from Biggers Mazda and had an absolutely wonderful experience. My sister and her husband highly recommended this dealership after purchasing their CX7 in September 09. Th had an absolutely wonderful experience. The salesperson that handled my transaction was Brian; I also worked closely with the general manager Ron. I came to Biggers with the intention of leasing a 2011 Mazda3, and was pretty dejected when that fell through. Brian not only didn't allow me to get discouraged, but was able to place me in a car that met all of my needs (style, quality of vehicle, price range etc). My situation was a little unusual compared to the normal car buying experience but Ron did everything possible to make sure I was satisfied and did not give up on me even when I was ready to wash my hands of it. Brian even met me at the dealership when he wasn't working, when I decided to proceed with my purchase. I do not typically write reviews, but such a positive experience with Brian and Ron has moved me to do so. Brian's professionalism & know-how, combined with his friendly, go-getter attitude made me extremely confident in my decision to purchase my car from Biggers. Ron was very hands-on and made sure I was comfortable with my decision, answered any questions I had and carefully walked me through every bit of the process. I will certainly refer family and friends to Biggers Mazda in Elgin. More

I fell in love with the car and currently am driving it due to their help in getting me in to it at a payment that was workable for me. I am currently going back to the dealership to purchase my third car from them this month for my daughter. I am purchasing back my trade-in. My decision to go back to them was due to their willingness to help and work work with you. They are the friendliest, most personable dealership on Rte. 19 and are a pleasure to work with. They have not only won my business but won my heart! The best advertising is by mouth and I have done nothing but praise the wonderful Mazda Team on Rte. 19!!! Thank you!!! More
