He went that extra mile and didn't make us feel rushed eventhough both times I came in to ask questions about buying a new car I came in super late right before closing. Elias and the entire staff were so great every time we came in and made the whole buying experience from the start to the finish so enjoyable for my son that it was like he was at an amusement park how much fun he was having. The staff was very patient with him as he was running all around in excitement. He was literally dancing with joy for how excited he was about buying a Mazda and for that I will remember for a lifetime and from my experience you at Elgin Biggers Mazda you now have a lifetime Mazda owner. He did apologize but at the same time went on to scold me by reminding me that I had been on their site at least “3 times” so I was aware of pricing and should have been the expert apparently. Buying a new car. We honestly weren’t even looking at Mazdas. We stopped at Biggers on the way to Hyundai to get a Santa Fe. I suggested we at least look at the CX-5.
