Horrible experience! Not only did we have a terrible experience at the dealership being ignored for almost 30 min after our test drive, when the manager called to follow up with me I was talked to like experience at the dealership being ignored for almost 30 min after our test drive, when the manager called to follow up with me I was talked to like I was an idiot. He did apologize but at the same time went on to scold me by reminding me that I had been on their site at least “3 times” so I was aware of pricing and should have been the expert apparently. I don’t appreciate being talked down to or feeling like another sale that day was more important then we were. More

Buying a new car. We honestly weren’t even looking at Mazdas. We stopped at Biggers on the way to Hyundai to get a Santa Fe. I suggested we at least look at the CX-5. I We honestly weren’t even looking at Mazdas. We stopped at Biggers on the way to Hyundai to get a Santa Fe. I suggested we at least look at the CX-5. I’m glad we did. Rich the salesman was great and knowledgeable. He exerted no pressure and answered all of our questions. A better representative you will not find. There was no haggling and we really did get a great deal. Completely painless! A bonus, we love this car! More

Absolutely PERFECT sales/purchase experience!! I had shopped 8 dealerships (mostly in Cleveland) for more than a month for a new 2017 CX5. This was however my first purchasing experience from out o I had shopped 8 dealerships (mostly in Cleveland) for more than a month for a new 2017 CX5. This was however my first purchasing experience from out of state. I have to admit that I was nervous to spend the time and money traveling for fear that the car would not be what they said even though they sent pictures of the actual car. We negotiated over the phone and they met my price so I verbally agreed to the purchase. They wanted no down payment, as they took my word. Kyle, my salesman, picked me up at the train station and escorted me to the car. It was perfect as he promised. He spent about 45 minutes going over the car safety features, navigation, bluetooth, and audio system. He was as nice as could be and patient in his explanations. It was also nice to hear an employee that is happy with his dealership and it's leadership. Both sales managers, George Bicos and Ron Liszka, made sure to introduce themselves to me, as I had also dealt with them over the phone. The cashier, Carolyn Serrao, was efficient and didn't try to sell me all types of other programs that other dealerships often try to do. I was there for maybe a total of 1 1/2 hours and on my way home. Fabulous experience and would buy another car there. More

They take the time to listen and help in every way. Even after purchasing a car, they are there whenever you have questions or concerns. Excellent job to Biggers Mazda! Other dealers could learn from you. Also, the staff doesn't have a high turnover. That says something about this dealership. More

Bigger's Mazda scores another Home Run for me I stopped by Bigger's Mazda to look at the new 2017 CX-5s that had just arrived. I was 2 years into a 3 year lease of my current CX-5, so I wasn't ex I stopped by Bigger's Mazda to look at the new 2017 CX-5s that had just arrived. I was 2 years into a 3 year lease of my current CX-5, so I wasn't expecting to be able to do any type of deal, but just in case (wishful thinking maybe), I brought both of my keys fobs with me. Well, to make a long story short - I drove off the lot that day with my new 2017 CX-5 with the biggest smile on my face. This is the third car I have purchased/leased with these folks, and I swear it gets better every time - and the first time was already great! I used to deal with Marco, but this time I was met on the lot by Franco. He was very polite, listened to my questions and then sat down with me to discuss my options. He made everything work out for me, going the extra mile to make sure I was happy. And once again, I have to mention Ron Liszka, who recognized me and came out to chat and was super professional as always. He was able to make the deal happen by rewarding me for being a repeat buyer and easing the price down that last little bit (not so little actually) to make the deal happen. Lastly, I would also like to mention the Finance guy John, who was filling in that day but was a pleasure to deal with as well. As I said in my other reviews - if you are looking for a Mazda, you HAVE to check these folks out. You are doing yourself a disservice if you don't. Total professionalism, no pressure, no "BS", just trying their best to make all parties happy. And although this was a Sales transaction, their Service Department is top notch as well. I am a customer for life of this dealership. I am hopefully retiring soon and moving out of the state. You can bet your last dollar however, that when it's car buying time, I will be right back at Bigger's Mazda - these folks are that good. Thank you to everyone at Bigger's Mazda!!! More

First time buyer It was my first time going to buy a car and I originally wanted a Jeep, but being a student, it just wasn't in the budget. I looked online and I looked at Chevy, Honda, Hyundai, Dodge and Ford and Biggers Mazda had the BEST deal. I went in on a Tues, was greeted by David, who was very kind and helpful. He very knowledgeable about all of the cars on the lot and explained all of the differences to me in each model and what each model had as far as specs and additions. He answered all of my questions and didn't miss a beat. Listened to what I was looking for and offered what he thought would be the best option for my needs. We sat down and talked numbers, and there was no pressure to buy on the spot, but as it was my first time leasing, I decided that it would be smart to sleep on it and come back with the decision. I came back on Thursday, ready and confident that Biggers Mazda was it. Everyone there was friendly, from the guys in finance and down to the porters. I walked out of there with the CX-5, feeling excited and confident in the deal I had made. If you're a first time buyer like myself, or you're experienced, then I highly highly recommend that you go in and have a chat with David, or one of the other auto salesmen. You'll get a good deal, and they know their stuff. Very honest and genuine people, and hassle free. And the service is spot on! More

I was still undecided as to which one I should get. Rich came out, listen to what I was looking for and set me up with one of each to drive. After a brief but very informative intro to the cars and their new features Rich handed me the keyfob and I was off. Rich stayed behind for both test drives which I thought was nice. I was able to test drive both without any pressure and I feel like this enabled me to make the right call on which one I was going to buy. I ended up going with the 6. The buying experience was great. I told him was I was looking for in a monthly payment and not only did he and the team there meet it, they worked to get me a even lower payment. This was a really great experience and I would recommend anyone looking for a Mazda to stop in at Biggers. You won't be disappointed. More

I got a through explanation of all of the features and drove away feeling very familiar with my brand new Mazda 6. The transaction was easy and I think they gave me a very competitive price. More
