Maybe the key to getting them to care is to respond publicly! I keep getting the automated response asking for contact information and I've sent it to them three times now with now action on their end. Can't say I'm surprised by this because this is basically how they acted the entire time. This dealership does not understand the meaning of the word customer service. I can't say strongly enough how much I would encourage you not to buy a car there, I'm sure all the experiences aren't as bad as mine has been but over and over they've demonstrated that they simply don't care about their customers and I'm sure there are other dealerships out there that do.
