I found Dirito brothers and our sales assistant Ron very easy to work with. Ron was very knowledgeable and he offered a good deal without a lot of back and forth. They were very accommodating in making sure we got the vehicle we wanted and went out of their way to get one with the right color combo from another dealership. There was never a pushy or aggressive vibe and no one ever needed to check with their sales manager. Everything went smoothly from our first test drive to signing the documents in the finance office. The whole process was surprisingly quick and smooth. We were fortunate to find a car entering inventory just a few days prior to a promotional deadline. Other dealerships had told us we woundn't be able to find this car in California. Even though the car was still on the trailer, our rep provided a quote, modified it to our preferences, and prepared us for the financing. The next day we were approved, and the following day picked up our car. The time spent at the dealership time was under 90 minutes and was leisurely not hectic. We were out in time to beat traffic on the way home. The rep came in on his off-day to complete the transaction - big bonus points! More
