Incredibly dishonest. I took my Jeep Cherokee to have the battery replaced under parts and labor warranty and I was advised that the battery cable was bad and needed repla I took my Jeep Cherokee to have the battery replaced under parts and labor warranty and I was advised that the battery cable was bad and needed replacement. I requested the old parts. I was charged $477.47. Noticing no cable was left as requested. I returned to the service manager to inquire. The battery had been replaced with no service charge as it was under warranty but I was charged for the cable parts and labor. Speaking with the tech, he admitted the cable did not need replacement and he had not done so. I requested a refund and the Assistant Service maager Ron Torres reduely refused. He stated that I should know deceptive business practices. His father was also a physician and overbilled people all the time. I informed him Not once had I ever overbilled. He threw the invoice at me and walked away. I reached out to the General Manager, Josh Clinton who refunded the service charge but refused to refund the cost of the part that was never installed. More

I am disappointed in the dealership for many reasons. For the size, there are only 2 diesel mechanics. They had my truck for 50 days to fix multiple problems. Don’t expect them to do the right thing and For the size, there are only 2 diesel mechanics. They had my truck for 50 days to fix multiple problems. Don’t expect them to do the right thing and give you a loaner, it is extremely difficult to get them to give you one. The inside of my truck was disgusting with dirt and hand prints every where. They don’t care about taking care and being respectful of your hard earned things. If you don’t want to feel respected and you don’t care about your vehicle and knowing what’s going on with it then this is the place for you. As for the service advisor, Bishoy is very disrespectful and lazy with his job. He told me it is not his job to keep me updated on the status of my truck. He told me he went “above and beyond” for calling the warranty and getting it setup for me. He would not return phone calls. He is very arrogant for someone so young and just getting started. His boss Mr. Torres never returned my phone calls once. Never did anything to help make his service advisor do his job or explain to him how to treat a customer. They both should be embarrassed and retrained on how to do their jobs. More
