Ron Ventura is the absolute BEST! In fact, we bought our new car because of Ron, even though we initially thought another vehicle at a nearby dealership was the one we wanted. He was very quick to respond to several texts and calls, honest and sincere, extremely knowledgeable and provided service we haven't seen in a lonnnng time. He knew everything about the X5, available options and guided us with ease. The process of buying was easy, and believe it or not, fun. Ron was transparent about pricing, both on our new car and trade-in, which took all tension away from making a new car purchase. After we agreed to move forward with the purchase, Ron walked through all the system set-ups and made the transition to the new technology in our X5 easy to use. Jenira, the Finance Manager, was also professional, courteous and very fair with financing and additional options for our X5. There were a lot of dealers with similar cars/features in the area where we bought, but we were fortunate to connect with Ron and the Team at Catonsville BMW. Ron was fantastic and very quick to respond to questions I had. I purchased a used vehicle and was a little worried about someone else buying it before I could make it the dealership (I live out of state). I had.
