Great service in and out with the Jeep wave program even had a car rental if I need it. Very good service explained everything to me a nice waiting room with drinks and food explain the next program I neede had a car rental if I need it. Service department was great! Very attentive and responsive. I take my jeep there for factory maintenance. Too bad I was not able to purchase my new vehicle from them. It started with a shifter service light. Tool it in and had it diagnosed. First part they replaced did nothing and did not fix the problem. After replacing a second part ,it was finally fixe Tool it in and had it diagnosed. First part they replaced did nothing and did not fix the problem. After replacing a second part ,it was finally fixed. Because of their poor diagnosing they tried to charge me for the first part that I didn't need .I had to complain to the service manager to have the part removed from my bill. You would think I learned my lesson NOPE. The following week I had a problem with my drivers door lock. They took the door apart, found the problem and reassemble the door and I paid for the diagnose. Had they stocked parts it could have been repaired the first time it was apart. The following week the part came in and was installed. During the second dismantle to repair my lock the service person broke an additional part. The dealer decided it was my problem that their guy broke an additional part and BILLED me . More
