It started with a shifter service light. Tool it in and had it diagnosed. First part they replaced did nothing and did not fix the problem. After replacing a second part ,it was finally fixe Tool it in and had it diagnosed. First part they replaced did nothing and did not fix the problem. Because of their poor diagnosing they tried to charge me for the first part that I didn't need .I had to complain to the service manager to have the part removed from my bill. You would think I learned my lesson NOPE. The following week I had a problem with my drivers door lock. They took the door apart, found the problem and reassemble the door and I paid for the diagnose. Had they stocked parts it could have been repaired the first time it was apart. The following week the part came in and was installed. During the second dismantle to repair my lock the service person broke an additional part. The dealer decided it was my problem that their guy broke an additional part and BILLED me . More

I purchased a car at this dealership.Showed up around I purchased a car at this dealership. Showed up around noon, made sure to tell the sales guy multiple times that I wasn't interested in any of the I purchased a car at this dealership. Showed up around noon, made sure to tell the sales guy multiple times that I wasn't interested in any of the extended warranties or xxxxxxxx like that, they waited until the second I had to leave for work to get me into the finance office and rush me through the paperwork only for me to find out they added on the extended warranty and other xxxxxxxx. Fast forward to April where I called them and asked them to cancel and refund it, they said it'd take up to 2 months for it to get refunded. Fast forward 2 months and I still haven't gotten my refund. They say the check was sent and my bank says they haven't received any checks. I've been calling nearly every day to get this sorted and always get promised a call back but never get one. Avoid this dealership like the plague. L More
