I had an exceptional experience at Lexus of Pembroke Pines during my last visit to have my car serviced. Mr. Juan Correra was exceptional in the service he provided. Yes and no. First off the service I received these last 2 years was great up until r1/24 I went in for a service and a noise. Sara was the person I was communica First off the service I received these last 2 years was great up until r1/24 I went in for a service and a noise. Sara was the person I was communicating with during my service. She lacked so bad on communication till I had to go to the cashiers counter and ask for the service manager only for him to come and say my car will be ready in 10 minutes ok cool. 20 mins passed now I go back to the cashiers desk to speak with him again and he was talking to another mechanic and really didn't want to say that the guy was test driving it before bringing it out and heard the noise and he wasn't aware of a noise. Now I'm getting heated after asking Sara was the noise coming from my brakes and she said yes. Lies,lies,lies. Long story short i paid for what i had done and not everything i had done,they put me in a loaner and sent me on my way asap. I waited 2 hours and a half after what I was told so with that being said yes I was angry cause what I came for wasn't complete but most of all wasn't told or some lack of communication. More

I was very pleased on how the process went. Everyone was very kind and helpful. I like how I was able to get the registration at signing with no trip to the DMV. I also liked how they took care of the car insurance right there as well and lastly I loved how they had a bay set aside with the old vehicle and new vehicle to swap everything over. Valentina was extremely helpful with showing me everything on the new Lexus and helping me set everything up. Everyone was great! I can’t remember the name of the gentleman who did my paperwork but he was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. As well as the other gentleman who was working with Ronald who was helping me also. He is a great salesman !Thank you to everyone! More
