Rob Betts is the ultimate sales person and I have done every single deal with him. He is extremely professional, knowledgable, plus a super nice likable guy .He will do everything possible to get your numbers to where they need to be and get every incentive that they have to get you into the vehicle you want. I cannot say enough about him. He is a huge part of wehy i stay with Hyundai. He had Ronald Jones deliver our vehicle. He showed us all of the features of the car,and he was super patient and didn't mind repeating it if I did not understand or needed to try it out. .He was such a pleasure to have spent the time it takes to deliver a vehicle and made sure everything was taken care of including trading in my old car. This time I had the pleasure of having Falysha Pierre-Lys do my financing and final paperwork. She was so great and funny and smart and the thing I loved the most is she was not pushy at all. She explained everything and was so knowledgeable and also was not trying to force me or guilt me into buying additional coverage. After going over my contract, I am dissappointed in the percentage of my finance loan which was worked out by Dennis. My family had a fit over it. Also the $ I still owed, $1,600, on my trade-in car was deducted from my trade-in value, which I understood to be paid by Hyundai, not by deducting it from my trade-in. I was a bit nervous and stressed doing this by myself, so I didn't really catch that until I came home. Nevertheless, thank you to Niki again for being so gracious and very helpful. Also, many thanks to Ronald Jones for helping set up my account and connecting my phone AND going over every single detail on my phone. Both Niki and Ronald were exceptionally thorough. THANK YOU! I explained my disappointment from other dealerships to salesman Ronald Jones and expressed my concern of once again being denied financial assistance to purchase a vehicle. Ronald was understanding and professional and assured me that he would help me drive off the lot that day. Long story short, in a couple of hours Ronald worked magic and got me into a luxury vehicle of my dreams. I drove off the lot that day, and even recommended Ronald to my friends, colleagues and family. My experience at South Shore Hyundai was awesome! Such excellent, professional service.
