He is extremely professional, knowledgable, plus a super nice likable guy .He will do everything possible to get your numbers to where they need to be and get every incentive that they have to get you into the vehicle you want. I cannot say enough about him. He is a huge part of wehy i stay with Hyundai. He had Ronald Jones deliver our vehicle. He showed us all of the features of the car,and he was super patient and didn't mind repeating it if I did not understand or needed to try it out. .He was such a pleasure to have spent the time it takes to deliver a vehicle and made sure everything was taken care of including trading in my old car. This time I had the pleasure of having Falysha Pierre-Lys do my financing and final paperwork. She was so great and funny and smart and the thing I loved the most is she was not pushy at all. She explained everything and was so knowledgeable and also was not trying to force me or guilt me into buying additional coverage.
