Not only were we impressed with all of their vehicles (we ended up leasing the Elantra SEL), but were so thrilled and amazed with the customer care that all of the staff offered. It was such a huge difference from other dealerships. Our sales person, Ronald Jones, was the best sales person we've ever had in the car leasing process. In fact, while we were offered better "deals" with other manufacturers, we made our decision to go with Hyundai in large part to the professionalism and caring of Mr. Jones. We look forward to being happy Hyundai drivers for years to come, and look forward to working with Ronald Jones again. More

My experience at South Shore Hyundai I had last bought a car from this dealership in 2015 from Michael Ficklin. My car did not come equipped with a back-up camera at the time. I very much wanted to upgrade so when I started receiving emails from the manager regarding Memorial Day Sales I contacted Michael. Michael made this experience a very easy transaction knowing just what would meet my needs. He put me in the hands of Ronald who was very professional and very knowledgeable about the car I had finally chosen. There were a few bumps but I must say I am happy with the car and I will be back. These two gentlemen make a great team!! More

Rob Betts is the ultimate sales person and I have done every single deal with him. He is extremely professional, knowledgable, plus a super nice likable guy .He will do everything possible to get your numbers to where they need to be and get every incentive that they have to get you into the vehicle you want. I cannot say enough about him. He is a huge part of wehy i stay with Hyundai. He had Ronald Jones deliver our vehicle. He showed us all of the features of the car,and he was super patient and didn't mind repeating it if I did not understand or needed to try it out. .He was such a pleasure to have spent the time it takes to deliver a vehicle and made sure everything was taken care of including trading in my old car. This time I had the pleasure of having Falysha Pierre-Lys do my financing and final paperwork. She was so great and funny and smart and the thing I loved the most is she was not pushy at all. She explained everything and was so knowledgeable and also was not trying to force me or guilt me into buying additional coverage. I will keep my loyalty to Hyundai and when my lease is up I will be calling Rob to set me up. Great great dealership and I highly recommend it. More
