Everyone I deal with is polite, professional, and effecient. But more than that, I feel I get the personal touch. I have been dealing with Ronald Jones and Lulu Hoppe for three years. Ron is ALWAYS available to help me along with anything having to do with my lease. I recently began my second lease, and Ron took care of everything for me. He had it all prepared before I came in, and answered any questions I had. But MOST of all, I told him what I could afford, and he was able to come through for me with no BS! Falysha Pierre-Lys explained all the "extras" i could purchase as far as coverages were concerned, and after I indicated I wouldn't be interested, she didn't PRESSURE me to listen again and again and again! What a breath of fresh air. Lulu I have every confidence would help me in a pinch is Ron isn't available...she stays in constant contact via e-mail, and I know her interest is genuine. Not only were we impressed with all of their vehicles (we ended up leasing the Elantra SEL), but were so thrilled and amazed with the customer care that all of the staff offered. It was such a huge difference from other dealerships. Our sales person, Ronald Jones, was the best sales person we've ever had in the car leasing process. In fact, while we were offered better "deals" with other manufacturers, we made our decision to go with Hyundai in large part to the professionalism and caring of Mr. Jones. I very much wanted to upgrade so when I started receiving emails from the manager regarding Memorial Day Sales I contacted Michael. Michael made this experience a very easy transaction knowing just what would meet my needs. He put me in the hands of Ronald who was very professional and very knowledgeable about the car I had finally chosen. There were a few bumps but I must say I am happy with the car and I will be back.
