Everyone I deal with is polite, professional, and effecient. But more than that, I feel I get the personal touch. I have been dealing with Ronald Jones and Lulu Hoppe for three years. Ron is ALWAYS available to help me along with anything having to do with my lease. I recently began my second lease, and Ron took care of everything for me. He had it all prepared before I came in, and answered any questions I had. But MOST of all, I told him what I could afford, and he was able to come through for me with no BS! Falysha Pierre-Lys explained all the "extras" i could purchase as far as coverages were concerned, and after I indicated I wouldn't be interested, she didn't PRESSURE me to listen again and again and again! What a breath of fresh air. Lulu I have every confidence would help me in a pinch is Ron isn't available...she stays in constant contact via e-mail, and I know her interest is genuine.
