I had just moved to Easton, and he made me feel comfortable- explaining future service warranties and even told me a Mercedes licensed auto body place nearby when I asked him about the scratches on my bumper. At first, I was going to keep driving all the way to Alexandria , my original dealer and service but I will continue going to Annapolis, mainly because of Ronan.
