Ronan is a superhero service advisor and a great troubleshooter and communicator. He helped me take care of my beloved GLK350, and went above and beyond getting an issue fixed under my warranty and troubleshooter and communicator. Recently brought in our 2021 GLC300 to diagnose a dashboard trouble light. We had no appointment, as we live 75 miles away, and stopped by on the chance it would be a quick fix. It was not, and too dashboard trouble light. We had no appointment, as we live 75 miles away, and stopped by on the chance it would be a quick fix. It was not, and took several days to sort out the situation. We were kept informed the entire time (and given a 2022 GLC300 loaner) and it was clear Ronan would not give up until the problem was figured out and fixed. Both of which occurred and the car came back in perfect condition. Ronan is a superstar and we'll be confident the car will always be in good hands with him & his team. More

Ronan is an amazing Customer Service representative. He is always incredibly helpful. He goes above and beyond to help the customer in any way possible. Recently when I got in my car a light lit up. He is always incredibly helpful. He goes above and beyond to help the customer in any way possible. Recently when I got in my car a light lit up. I was worried about driving my car so I went straight to Mercedes service. I did not have an appointment. But Ronan immediately assisted me as well as provided me a loaner car. Which, given the demand for loaners was quite a task for him I am sure. Yet he promptly helped me. I was amazed at how responsive he was. He exceeds my expectations every time I take my car in for service. This is the third Mercedes that I have owned. And I will continue to drive Mercedes as long as Ronan can be my service advisor. Kudos to such an amazing person!! More
