Friendly people, good vehicle selection. However paperwork took about 2 hrs to purchase car (total onsite time 3.5 hrs) and we weren’t negotiating anything. I had 2 kids with me and a 4 hr drive home in bad weather. I got a call 2 weeks later that I still hadn’t signed everything. If I went back I would be very clear my expectations are like 30, 45 min tops on paperwork. Please be respectful of your customers time. More
