Experience was exceptional EXCEPT it took 4 hours to close the deal because your computer system was excruciating slow. A high end dealership with an under powered computer. Rosalie, did a good job overall but I specifically informed her I did not want Lexus of Wichita to purchase my tag and taxes as I am tax exempt and I would take care of that myself. When I got to the dealership to close these fees had been added into my loan, which I certainly did not want but it was too late for them to change it. Now I am waiting on a refund which has been over a month and I have still not received. More
