Waited more than 30 minutes past the quoted time frame for my vehicle of an hour and a half to two hours. My car was sitting outside ready to go for at least 20 minutes before I went into the service advi for my vehicle of an hour and a half to two hours. In the past, I have never waited on a vehicle for service; I have just requested a rental. They’ve always done a great job with my car, but if you don’t have several hours to spare, I don’t recommend waiting. More
