I want to take a minute to introduce myself. I have been in the car business for 9 years. Before joining the car business, I was an office assistant for an educational consultant, and a hairstylist during the weekends. I always have been passionate about helping others, and it is one of my pleasures in life. After working 15 years for the same company, I decided to change my career. I was fortunate to come across the opportunity to work for Mercedes Benz of the Woodlands. I am so happy that I have the opportunity to assist customers with their car purchases. I am a big believer of the notion that when you are passionate about what you do; you will put in 100% effort. I believe in hard work, and I always work strategically to achieve my goals. I believe you can work beyond and above your old limits. I am original from Nicaragua, and I have been living in this great country for the last 25 years. I am happy to say that I become an American citizen.

Wouldn't go anywhere else!!! I drove from Dallas to The Woodlands just to get the superior service offered here at MBOTW. Definitely worth the 3 hour drive I made, and I highly recommend Mercedes Benz of The Woodlands to anyone looking for a great car buying experience, as I had!! Paula Alpha in finance took excellent care of me, she made my financing experience run smoothly and quickly! She was knowledgeable and extremely helpful! Beyond Exceptional!!! I visited this dealership at the beginning of the year and met Rosario. She was very pleasant and worked with me on finding my perfect Mercedes. I didn't find it then but was patient that it would find it. I recently visited the dealership and she was my go to person. She made me feel special and her service was beyond exceptional. I found my Mercedes and she was extremely helpful and made the deal go smoothly. The finance person Mr Gutierrez was just as welcoming and made the purchase just as easy. David Gonzalez was very professional when explaining the features of the vehicle. More

I can't give this dealership a 5 star rating Because their inspection said the vehicle needed a tail/brake light and Nic the manager said they would replace it. Upon driving it home the dash light came on indicating "rear tail light failure". I had to replace this $6 part myself - hard to understand how the vehicle passes state inspection with a brake light out???? More
