I want to take a minute to introduce myself. I have been in the car business for 9 years. Before joining the car business, I was an office assistant for an educational consultant, and a hairstylist during the weekends. I always have been passionate about helping others, and it is one of my pleasures in life. After working 15 years for the same company, I decided to change my career. I was fortunate to come across the opportunity to work for Mercedes Benz of the Woodlands. I am so happy that I have the opportunity to assist customers with their car purchases. I am a big believer of the notion that when you are passionate about what you do; you will put in 100% effort. I believe in hard work, and I always work strategically to achieve my goals. I believe you can work beyond and above your old limits. I am original from Nicaragua, and I have been living in this great country for the last 25 years. I am happy to say that I become an American citizen.

No pressure, extremely knowledgeable about the product and most importantly, what I expect when I am investing in anything - personal attention. Rosario Fernandez has handled both sales with exemplary care. Every time I have been to the facility (license plates, oil changes and damage to a tire), I have been greeted with high-end resort level customer service (Mike Lange). After several interactions at another MB dealership, I swore I would never buy another MB again. This dealership has proven me wrong. More

We called ahead to make sure they really had the car, and they did. Our sales person that we talked to on the phone initially was with another customer for quite some time, so we had another one and she was fantastic. She answered all our question, and if she didn't know she found out. We weren't initially going to buy that day, but they gave us a better deal than the Clear Lake dealership that is near our house. We've been try to deal with that dealership for a while but they weren't budging. So when the woodlands gave us their best offer, we took it. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More
