I was also looking for the Mustang convertible that at all the options that I wanted. I found it at Kenosha Ford in Wisconsin. I live in Lakeville Minnesota. 5 hour drive. The salesman that I worked with all the options that I wanted. I found it at Kenosha Ford in Wisconsin. I live in Lakeville Minnesota. 5 hour drive. The salesman that I worked with was named Ross. Was a very nice gentleman to work with. So I ended up trading in my Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. Ross made everything easy to do the exchange of my Summit for the Mustang. They had a driver meet me at about halfway. When I get the car home it did not have a manual in the glove box. I talked to Ross about it oh, he said they would order one and I got it. The general manager got a hold of me to make sure that I knew that they had ordered a manual and would let me know when it got in. I got it a day ago. Was probably the best experience I've had buying a new car. I have bought quite a few in my years. I had a great experience there and would tell my family and friends to look to see if they had something they wanted their and to deal with them. And I love my Mustang, it's my fourth one. More

2nd truck I have bought from Sanford. I live 50 min. away, Sanford brought my trade in home so I could unload tools and bought us tamales for lunch. Came back 2nd time because had issue with brakes had away, Sanford brought my trade in home so I could unload tools and bought us tamales for lunch. Came back 2nd time because had issue with brakes had them repaired and returned truck to house. Probably just wanted to go back to great tamale place. but still great service. Joe in financial does good job on warranty . Ross up front on trades. Sal big pain but can look past, just kidding. expect more tamales Sanford. More

I ordered a Ford Bronco. The entire staff at Gordie Boucher made the process very seamless. I was kept informed on the progress of the build and availability of my vehicle. Ross did a great job in helping in my decision on my purchase. He made sure I had a loaner while work was being done on my new truck even when the service manager said none were available. My big disapp purchase. He made sure I had a loaner while work was being done on my new truck even when the service manager said none were available. My big disappointment was when I returned to pickup my truck after it was in the shop all day was the greasy foot prints on my new mats in the drivers side as well as the rear seat. Fortunately there was a service writer still there who got a porter to come and clean the mats.I can’t help but believe your service tech didn’t notice the mess he made and have it taken care of before he said it was done. More
