We had the best car buying experience ever at Sierra Toyota. Our salesperson Marvin was very nice to deal with and also very knowledgeable, He worked hard to help us decide and find what WE were looki Toyota. When we picked up our new Tacoma he made a point of dedicating his time just to us. He took us on a tour of the dealership and introduced many of the hardworking and friendly employees in the service, shuttle, cashier, and parts departments. The entire dealership was sparkling clean and very well maintained. Our new truck was prepped perfectly and Marvin went to great lengths to explain how to operate everything and at no time did we feel rushed. Like any great business owner, Elsie was very visible on the salesroom floor seeing that the customers were well taken care of and shown that they were appreciated. Ross was very helpful in getting us what we wanted for our two trades and listened to our concerns. Brian made the paperwork process fast, did not pressure us to buy extras, and answered our questions in a satisfactory manner. There is no doubt in our minds that it was worth the drive from the Sahuarita/Green Valley area. We left a cell in our trade and Marvin shipped it back to us the next day. That is great service after the sale. If you dread vehicle shopping, head to Sierra Toyota and ask for Marvin. His relaxed and friendly personality will put you and your mind at ease. More

The overall experience was fantastic. It was nice to come to a dealership and not be hounded as soon as we stepped on the lot. He was knowledgeable, professional, and extremely easy to work with. The other staff members we worked with (Ross and Brian) were also very professional and made the process very simple for us. The staff were very friendly toward my wife and I during both our phone conversations and in person. Carlos was our salesman and he was knowledgeable about the product, features, etc and was able to answer both our phone conversations and in person. The most refreshing part about our experience was the very low pressure and laid back feel. We did not feel pressured at all and felt very comfortable while in the dealership. Also, we didn't have to "play the game" of back and forth on the price; Carlos showed us the bottom line price from the start. Ross was able to finish all our financing quickly and the whole process was quick and easy. We would come back and would recommend this dealership. More

October last year I purchased a Toyota Sienna from the dealership and it was an excellent experience. I got what I ask for and am happy with the purchase of my 2012 RAV4 Limited. The individuals that I had work with anotated above were very responsive to my needs and request. Their was no haggling or high pressure sales piches which was the nicest part of the sale. Working with Pablo on this purchase was extremely relaxing and Ross kept me inform on when my vehicle was coming in and where the status of the building of this vehicle. I have purchase 11 vehicles including this one since 1991 and 7 of them were from Lawley here in Sierra Vista but there service started to go downhill and I want to be a Toyota client hopefull forever in the future. The only reason I did not give a 5 on quality of work was that prior to going to Tucson yesterday I check the air pressure in my tires and all of the read 37 PSI cold which they all should have read 32 PSI. 5 PSI over the recommended tire pressure was unacceptable to me. The other thing is that Elsie the owner could show a little more friendliness since I was their 5 times during the purchase process and not one time did she address me with a greeting or a Hi can I help you. More
