I have been with Sierra Toyota since April of 2005 when I moved my family from Illinois to Sierra Vista to join the team at Sierra Toyota. I have over 34 yrs of experience with Toyota and I am extremely loyal to the Toyota brand. I am also very happy to be part of the always improving sales process that has helped us win the coveted Dealer Rater dealer of the year award 7 of the last 10 years and consitently win the Toyota Presidents award.

Ms. Elsie MacMillian called me yesterday and after a few minutes of conversation I want to thank her for getting back to me about a misunderstanding of my previous review. Ms. MacMillian had no intention of ignoring me as a customer but was only waiting until the sales people were finish finalizing the purchase before she steps in to congratulate her customer on the purchase and to find out if everything went well with the purchase.
