Purchased just after Covid-19 reopening. Safety protocols were followed which made me comfortable. Glenn in sales and Ross in management worked diligently with me to get me to a payment I was comfortable wit were followed which made me comfortable. After my test drive, the buying process was very efficient. I expected to be at the dealership much longer than I actually was. Bailey was very helpful in helping me understand vehicle features and setting up the app, and she made herself available for questions after the purchase. I will recommend this dealership to everyone interested in a BMW. More
