My overall experience at the dealership was positive. Ross was friendly and easy to work with. My small critique was that I spent two nights at the dealership for a combined 5 HOURS of my time. I am fair Ross was friendly and easy to work with. My small critique was that I spent two nights at the dealership for a combined 5 HOURS of my time. I am fairly certain all of this could have been done in a much shorter period of time. Should I be a returning customer to the dealership when this lease is up, I will need some reassurances that I will not be spending that much time at the dealership. More

Only went to this dealer because they had a black Hellcat ….big mistake. Would have rather had a pink Hellcat from a closer dealer. Brought the hellcat straight to my detailer with 50 miles on it for a com ….big mistake. Would have rather had a pink Hellcat from a closer dealer. Brought the hellcat straight to my detailer with 50 miles on it for a complete ppf wrap. My detailer put it on a lift and discovered that the whole plastic engine belly pan had been ripped out …probably when they took it off the transport truck. Notified my salesman and right away ….after two trips from Suffolk county to get a simple piece of plastic replaced ….waiting in the waiting area for 2 1/2 hours each time to tell me both times they don’t have the part in stock after I scheduled each appointment assuring me they had the piece. Their service department is Incompetent and probably can barely change your oil. Then they start playing the blame game on each other. “Your advisor John should be taking care of this”….who the F is John?? Salesman too lazy to walk 20 feet to service department to ensure I’m being taken care of after buying a $90,000 car. Going to have to spend $360 for the part plus labor to get it done at a dealer closer to my house. Giving a customer the run around for a $360 piece of plastic not acceptable. Guess I don’t get me “free” tank of gas for a 5 star review More
