Twenty minutes later, I was at the dealership where they promised to fit me in as quickly as possible so that I could get on the road. Just over a half hour later, I drove out with my problem fixed--along with a few others that were discovered during the routine inspection service. The service staff at W&L is not just polite and friendly, but also goes more than the extra mile in helping customers like me -- folks in a pinch! I am both very grateful and very impressed with every aspect of the quality of service at W&L. I've bought two Subarus from W&L and when I get around to a third, I'm sure I'll find it there as well. Home away from home I had my Crosstrex in for service on Feb. 25. The power at my home had gone out the night before and at 10:00 AM, the time of my appointment, was stil I had my Crosstrex in for service on Feb. 25. The power at my home had gone out the night before and at 10:00 AM, the time of my appointment, was still not fixed. I gathered up my tablet, phone and chargers and went to W and L. While my car was being serviced they put me up in their quiet customer lounge where I was able to charge my devices and get some work done while I waited for my car. I even had some unscheduled work done so I could stay longer. More
