Great service I had my first service done to my 2018 Crosstrek and everything was done that asked...nothing more, nothing less. Excellent Its almost unbelievable how good the service was. I like being able to drive the car into the garage and being accomodated by a service attendent. The one thing that would make it better would be if you could meet the mechanic on significant issues. So the mechanic and customer connnect. But then, I haven't had anything go wrong with my Subaru...just regular maintenance. More

Good friendly service personnel. Always received friendly service from all personnel. They maintain all work records and recommend upcoming service needs in advance. Being able to schedule service appointments online is a great benefit and the follow up on those appointments is very helpful. Along with praise, I do have a concern, that being the high labor rates. My last service appointment I had the spark plugs changed and to change 4 plugs the labor cost was $190.00. How long does it take to change 4 plugs? Overall we love our Outback and W & L as our dealership. Thanks More
