When they missed something, Roy Beck went above and beyond to take care of us (he was amazing!) While we spent a lot of money (again, multiple repairs) and it took multiple trips, I have been satisfied with how well they took care of us! Thank you!! More

We went for our crosstrek’s state inspection and upgrade for the audio system, did an awesome job. And we asked service staff if they could help us clean the mats in the car and they did it without hesitation. Also waiting area offers beverages, snacks, magazines to read which makes the wait easy and worth it. Service staff did an excellent job. Will surely recommend W&L subaru to my friends. Thanks More

Twenty minutes later, I was at the dealership where they promised to fit me in as quickly as possible so that I could get on the road. Just over a half hour later, I drove out with my problem fixed--along with a few others that were discovered during the routine inspection service. The service staff at W&L is not just polite and friendly, but also goes more than the extra mile in helping customers like me -- folks in a pinch! I am both very grateful and very impressed with every aspect of the quality of service at W&L. I've bought two Subarus from W&L and when I get around to a third, I'm sure I'll find it there as well.
