Home away from home I had my Crosstrex in for service on Feb. 25. The power at my home had gone out the night before and at 10:00 AM, the time of my appointment, was stil I had my Crosstrex in for service on Feb. 25. The power at my home had gone out the night before and at 10:00 AM, the time of my appointment, was still not fixed. I gathered up my tablet, phone and chargers and went to W and L. While my car was being serviced they put me up in their quiet customer lounge where I was able to charge my devices and get some work done while I waited for my car. I even had some unscheduled work done so I could stay longer. More

Excellent Its almost unbelievable how good the service was. I like being able to drive the car into the garage and being accomodated by a service attendent. The one thing that would make it better would be if you could meet the mechanic on significant issues. So the mechanic and customer connnect.
