Fantastic Customer Service! After switching back to our summer wheels and tires on my wife’s 2015 WRX, the TPMS light was on the dash. I called W&L one afternoon and Diane told me to bring it right in and they would take care of it, no appointment needed! They got me right in and on my way again in 30 minutes. Another perfect service visit! Never any issues at W&L. They got my car right in, the service tech pointed out a few things that may need attention down the road, and they honored m Never any issues at W&L. They got my car right in, the service tech pointed out a few things that may need attention down the road, and they honored my request of not washing the car after service. The waiting room was spotless and quiet and I enjoyed a complementary bottle of water and some fruit while I waited. I also picked up parts from Steve and talked to him and Nick while my car was in for service. W&L has the best parts department of anywhere around. Parts arrive quickly and correctly every time. Margie stayed a few minutes into her lunch to complete my bill and take payment and is always friendly and helpful. I could not be more pleased with the staff and facility at W&L subaru. More
