They gave me a loaner when my service couldn't be completed. I did think the service charge was a little high, but I guess that's what happens when you go to a dealership. The team did an excellent job. I needed new tires and an alignment due to a flat tire. They took care of me and gave me a loaner overnight since it was near the end of the day.
