Feel that dealership should’ve offered to pay for service needed on truck since problems with engine/exhaust causing driving issues occurred within 30 day window of buying vehicle and buying extended warrant needed on truck since problems with engine/exhaust causing driving issues occurred within 30 day window of buying vehicle and buying extended warranty costing an additional $5,000 did not cover any of the problems associated with the need for service so soon after purchasing the vehicle. It was obvious Roy did not want to even discuss the issue and was evasive with his responses and just wanted to quickly end the conversation. All other people involved in sale, financing and service of truck were good to deal with especially Roland of financing who went above and beyond to at least try to help in some way and took time to go over everything and was very helpful and respectful of my issues and concerns. More

We've had previous experience with this dealership when we've brought our Fusion here for inspection, oil changes and some repair work. They're always friendly and accommodating. This was one of the best vehicle experiences we've had. Jared was great, very responsive to what we were looking for and worked with us to get the deal made. It was a beautiful day and a busy day there but he stuck with us throughout the whole experience. We ended up being the last ones out. The closing manager and the finance lady were great. They were patient and took time to explain things and make us feel comfortable. More

So Considering I am not a fan of the car buying process in general, I feel that the team that helped my daughter and I on her first purchase treated us well.
