When they did not have a Crosstrek with the options I wanted, they found one within a week of my initial visit. It had some features I did not want to pay for, and I didn't have to. Ralph and Roy the salesmen with whom we dealt were excellent as was Rich, the finance manager and Nelson the general manager of Brewster. Nelson has been there about 15 years. In all, an excellent team to work with. More

I had the pleasure of meeting Roy Schiller when I entered the showroom, who would be my sales consultant. I walked in with so many questions and Roy treated me like we had known each other for years; putting all my apprehensions to ease. His no nonsense, straight forward and easy going approach is exactly what I was hoping to find! In the end he helped me find a car which I never thought I would own; while securing a great deal on a trade in for my now previous Subaru. I then went to talk to Marci Lynn in finance... which was like talking to an old friend. Honest, straightforward and trustworthy. After buying vehicles in the past; I will never go anywhere else again and would recommend Roy and Marci to anyone!!! More
