Excellent Customer Service. I did some research online and picked out a few vehicles to check out. Went on a Saturday to Ray Chevrolet to look for those vehicle. The place was crowded. Walked the lot to and picked out a few vehicles to check out. Went on a Saturday to Ray Chevrolet to look for those vehicle. The place was crowded. Walked the lot to look at a couple of used cars. Was not completely impressed with the 2 I found on line. Then I saw the 2016 Subaru Forrester. I checked it out and test drove it. I was sold. Since I was preapproved from my financial group, I started the paperwork with Cody Gonzales. It took awhile buy I received a financing number from their finance group. It worked for me. A little more of a wait and I signed the paperwork, made my down payment and drove away with my car. In Monday I had a couple of small issues that Cody took care of immediately. Great customer service. Great follow up. Very Professional. More

Rupe and Hugo work together as a team. One of them was busy but pass me over to the other making sure I got that fast customer service.
