I had very particular wants in my car, and could not find them anywhere. I worked with Nic the sales manager, who located a car that met my entire wish list and then made me an offer I could not refuse (def them anywhere. My only concern was that it was so easy, less than 15 minutes, that maybe I had missed something, but everything was as promised. I then worked with Mark E, and Ruslan who were super accommodating and knowledgeable. This was definitely the best car experience I have ever had. I believe the fact that everyone I dealt with has worked there for a long time, means they are focused on repeat business. The greatest complement I can give is that I would definitely look here first whenever buying a BMW, and both my wife and daughter are thinking of getting BMWs just because my experience was so good. More

As a loyal customer for 18 years I had a deal torpedoed by the finance manager because they neglected to tell me of the required documentation needed before picking up my new car. Would not even bend to h by the finance manager because they neglected to tell me of the required documentation needed before picking up my new car. Would not even bend to hold the car until the official transcript went to them. No effort to try to accommodate me by allowing me to pay for yhe vehicle, and they could have held the car until they were emailed the transcript. It may have been a day late, but I am sure they knew Dec.'s incentives,, which were the same as Nov, and make the attempt to work with me.. BMW financial said I could have filed a complaint, but what good would that do. They sold the car my son ordered immediately. Ruslan was the worst finance manager. Never had someone come out and keep telling you, you can't do this or can't do that.. i didn't think it was his place to.make that determination. That should have fell onto Mr. Dado. In my opinion if Ruslan is your finance guy, ask for someone else!! Extremely disappointed to say the least. More
