I wanted to trade in my 2016 428 for a new car. Joe made sure the X3m40i was the right car for me and was a pleasure to do business with. Mark was very helpful in helping me find my first BMW. Excellent Customer Care We were able to find our best yet BMW with the help of an exceptional team. We had come to return our BMW 540i and did not have the next car picked and found ourselves in a difficult situation of having three drivers and one car at home. Nick took great interest in making sure that we walked away happy with our new BMW X7 and we cannot say enough good things about the car and the customer service we received from Nick, John and Ruslan. It was a pleasure working with all three of them. We have been doing business with the BMW Freehold team since 2006 and every time we decide to go somewhere else, we end up coming back to them because no one else can beat their price and customer service.
