Russ greeted me with a handshake and a smile and asked "How can I help you" I informed Russ that I was looking for a Honda Civic and was not necessarily ready to buy at that moment. Russ took the time to show me a great selection of Honda Civic's as well as excellent used options. Russ was well informed of all Honda products. I visited with my 80 year old mother who has dementia and Russ was very patient and gentle. I'm the type of person/buyer who does not like to be smothered by a salesman. Russ did not do this and for this I'm extremely thankful. I have bought several Honda vehicles in different states such as Arizona and Nevada. My experience with Honda of Lincoln was excellent because of the rapport established with Russ Meyer. Kudos to Honda of Lincoln and your excellent team.
