I send this rating specifically in regard to service above and beyond from Sales and and Leasing Consultant Russ Meyer. Late on a Saturday afternoon after regular hours in the shop, I found myself in ne above and beyond from Sales and and Leasing Consultant Russ Meyer. Late on a Saturday afternoon after regular hours in the shop, I found myself in need of assistance with my vehicle. Being close to the dealership, I went in to the sales area for advice. With extraordinary grace and kindness, Russ stepped up to help. He took it upon himself not to give advice but personally fix the issue. This required moving the vehicle into a bay, fixing the issue and explaining, not in a condescending way but respectfully, what I needed to know, should it happen again. As a woman and a non-mechanic, I so appreciated not only his help and expertise, but also his friendly, supportive attitude! He even cleaned my front window! If I decide to ever replace my HRV (which I adore!), Russ is the consultant I want to deal with. Congratulations, Honda of Lincoln! You have a real star in Russ! More
