He listened and was very respectful of our budget and didn’t try to pressure us into anything. He is very knowledgeable and took his time finding us a vehicle that fits our needs. Even on his vacation, he had quick responses to our questions and worked hard to get us a good deal. The leasing process was very straight forward and transparent. After the purchase of the vehicle, Russ was very thorough in showing us all of the features. We were very impressed with the whole experience and all the staff at Honda of Lincoln. I’ve been taking my vehicle to Honda of Lincoln’s service department for years and love it. Now I can highly recommend their sales department as well.
