Wonderful customer service!! I can’t express enough how satisfied I am with my experience purchasing my 2019 Honda pilot. I worked with Russ and he was absolutely wonderful! H I can’t express enough how satisfied I am with my experience purchasing my 2019 Honda pilot. I worked with Russ and he was absolutely wonderful! He worked extremely hard for us, to make sure that I was able to get into this wonderful vehicle at the best possible price. He valued me as a customer and as a person which cane through loud and clear! We have been loyal customers of Honda of Lincoln for over 14 years. And because we have received such excellent care, my husband and I have recommended Honda of Lincoln to over 100 people during those years....., all of our friends and family! Russ heard about our car being stolen and contacted us right away and provided a rental. He really has gone above and beyond and helped w our insurance company and taking over in being our spokes person. This has alleviated much stress off of us due to the fact that I have not been in the best health lately and hospitalized recently. Good price and vehicle, but don't believe all the reviews Got a good price, and basically made the deal over the phone. Unfortunately, once at the dealership and taking a short test drive (car was basically Got a good price, and basically made the deal over the phone. Unfortunately, once at the dealership and taking a short test drive (car was basically new), we were there for almost 3 hours despite paying cash and not doing a trade in. We sat around doing nothing for quite awhile and finally had to be very direct to get things rolling. Salesperson was nice and helpful, and no one was especially pushy trying to sell additional options after we made it clear we were not interested. The annoying part, and reason I say don't necessarily believe all the reviews, is that we then got all kinds of pressure to come on here an rate them and give them all 5*s. This includes multiple texts, lengthy voice mails, emails etc. Dealer knew we were not happy with the down time but asked that I not include that and that it really did him no good unless we gave all 5 stars. Finally told him I'd be happy to give a review but that I'd be honest, at which point I was told to disregard his request to do the review. Pretty clear they are not looking for honest feedback, but only glowing reviews. Have no doubt Honda or the dealership itself pressures dealers into doing this, but in this case it took what could have been a pretty good buying experience down a couple notches. I'm sure the people that have bad experiences aren't pressured to this website for reviews, so I guess just take all these great reviews with a grain of salt. Otherwise dealership was clean, vehicle was as advertised and clean, and price was solid so not saying I wouldn't go back if the price was right. Just that it ended up being a pretty typical "car dealer" experience in the end. More
